Lincoln California is located in Placer County in the North East corner of the Sacramento Metropolitan area. It is a small town of approximately 25000 residents.
Lincoln has seen very rapid growth in the last five years with the development of Del Webb's Sun City Lincoln Hills (over 6000 homes for active adults), and Twelve Bridges (a non-age restricted development of over 3000 homes and retail businesses).
Lincoln Hills includes an 18 hole golf course, open to the public. Twelve Bridges also is home to the private Catta Verdera country club surrounded by custom lots bordering the golf course.
In addition to these new developments, Lincoln has numerous other housing and retail projects under way ensuring the Lincoln will retain its position as one of the fastest growing cities in California.
